Payment Information

All major credit cards will be accepted for payment of fees if you do not wish to pay by check, cashiers check or money order. You will be provided with a credit card form to complete along with the application for the license you are applying for.

If you are completing an application for a Lodging or Food Establishment and would like to pay with a credit card, debit card or electronic check, please complete the Electronic Payment Form and submit with your application.

Licensure Qualifications

Pursuant to K.S.A. 74-120 and Executive Order 18-13, the Kansas Department of Agriculture has shared these documents to provide information pertaining to specific civil and criminal records that could disqualify an applicant from receiving a license, certification, registration or permit issued by the Department.

An individual may petition for an informal written advisory opinion concerning whether your specific civil or criminal records will result in disqualification, you may do so.
