If you know of an exotic invasive plant that you feel should be listed as a noxious weed, you may request that species be considered for listing by the Noxious Weed Advisory Committee. Fill out the form below and submit for review. The committee will review your suggestion, taking into account its status and distribution in the state, the available control options and its general impacts on the environment.

If the committee finds it to be a candidate species, they will have it researched in detail and run through a risk assessment to determine if it qualifies as a species to be recommended to the Secretary of Agriculture to be listed as a noxious weed.
