Environmental reviews are used to determine if new construction, repair or improvement projects need further action or permitting.  The Division of Water Resources reviews requests for any required water appropriation or water structures permits and requirements by the Division of Conservation.  DWR completes the review in cooperation with the Division of Conservation.  For further information on environment reviews or to submit an environmental review, contact Laura Moody, Supervisor Data Management/Environmental Reviews, at KDA.EnvironmentalReview@ks.gov.
