The 61st Annual Meeting of the Kansas-Oklahoma Arkansas River Commission (KOARC) will be held on Wednesday, July 23, 2025 at 9:00 AM CDT at the Hilton Garden Inn Bartlesville, located at 205 SW Frank Phillips Blvd, Bartlesville, OK 74003. The meeting is open to the public. All those interested in water-related activities within the lower Arkansas River basin in Kansas and Oklahoma are encouraged to attend. Additional meeting details are available in the official meeting agenda linked below.

Kansas and Oklahoma entered the Arkansas River Compact in 1965 to promote interstate comity, to equitably divide and promote the orderly development of the waters of the lower Arkansas River basin, to provide an agency for administering the waters of the basin, and to encourage an active pollution abatement program in each state.
