Many wells throughout Kansas are monitored collaboratively by the Division of Water Resources and the Kansas Geological Survey to collect data on groundwater levels.  This data can be accessed through the KGS WIZARD Water Well Levels Database.  A detailed description of the well measurement process is outlined in the KGS Public Information Circular: Measuring Water Levels in Kansas.
