A public hearing will be conducted on Tuesday, Oct. 4, 2016, in the Hutchinson Kansas Department of Transportation conference room at 1220 W. 4th Ave., Hutchinson, Kan., to review the Burrton Intensive Groundwater Use Control Area (IGUCA). A public informational session will be conducted at 8:00 a.m. with a public hearing to follow at 9:00 a.m.
