A public hearing will be conducted on Tuesday, Oct. 4, 2016, in the Hutchinson Kansas Department of Transportation conference room at 1220 W. 4th Ave., Hutchinson, Kan., to review a petition that proposes to expand the boundaries of the Equus Beds Groundwater Management District No. 2 (GMD No. 2). A public informational session will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. with a public hearing to follow at 2:30 p.m.
